Ezekiel Elliott has made headlines in recent years not only for having been suspended for 6 games with the Dallas Cowboys due to being reported for domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend in 2016 but also for having a history of nightclubs disturbances.

But that doesn’t end there, this Cowboy has also been in everyone’s mouth after being naked on the ESPN magazine cover in the June 2017 edition and since then, many people have considered him gay. Many magazines are qualifying Ezekiel Elliott as gay and many people consider it as true. But so far, it is just a rumor. Even so, many users of some social media such as Twitter echoed those rumors and began to make fun of him. It should be noted that most of the comments come from men while some women celebrate it as the next user who pointed out “Some of us want to see it” by Chelsi Darlington (@hockeychelsia) or “men soooo mad y’all just jealous” by 24 Savage (@24_savage6). What does seem certain is that it is not acceptable to American football fans that a star player like Ezekiel Elliott has agreed to pose nude.

The photo shows Elliott with a football in his hand and as if he is running under a waterfall on his naked body. Also, he is staring at the camera intensely. However, while the magazine had good intentions to honor Elliott for his career as an athlete, many people were not happy with the result.

Thus, the rumors of his sexuality were born although so far, there is absolutely nothing to confirm it.

 

What Does Elliott Have to Say?

Ezekiel Elliott undoubtedly had no problem showing himself naked and wet on the cover of one of the most read magazines in America, indeed, he shared it with his followers on his official Twitter account.

On the other hand, in an interview, he said “My abs get a lot of attention” referring to the fact that it was only an artistic photo from the annual ESPN Body Issue where the athlete’s body is admired.

There is no doubt that Elliott is proud of his body and spoke openly for this famous magazine saying that it has been difficult for him to reach that physical state since the workouts have been and are very hard.

“You’re going into football games and you’re just beating your body up. And the next day or the day after, or two days later, you find yourself back in the weight room, and you feel beat up and sore. And it seems like every step you take is just hell.” He said.
